How a partnership works

  1. Step 1: Define

    Identify the partner’s population, objectives, service area, desired outcomes, and reporting requirements.

  2. Step 2: Design

    Select the appropriate Capital Readiness or Community Financial Wellness program and customize delivery without compromising curriculum standards.

  3. Step 3: Deliver

    Provide structured instruction, assessments, technical assistance, participant materials, and program support.

  4. Step 4: Document

    Measure participation, completion, learning progress, action-plan development, and track-specific outcomes.

Separate track outcomes

Capital Readiness outcome

A more compliant, financially documented, creditworthy, bankable, and capital-ready business.

Community Financial Wellness outcome

An individual with stronger financial knowledge, habits, confidence, planning skills, and financial stability.

Programs may support applicable CRA, community-development, financial-education, or small-business objectives depending on the institution, geography, participants, activity structure, documentation, and applicable regulatory requirements.
